Vindis Cambridge Service Centre is our new, state-of-the-art service facility located just outside of central Cambridge in the idyllic settings of Cambridge Research Park at Waterbeach. This new facility is now home to all service, maintenance and MOT requirements that would have previously been carried out at Cambridge Volkswagen, Sawston Volkswagen and ŠKODA Cambridge.
On arrival at the Vindis Cambridge Service Centre, you will be greeted by your assigned Service Host who will explain what work our technicians are due to carry out on your vehicle. We'll then agree a time that your vehicle will be ready to collect, and you can be rest assured that it is in the best hands. If anything changes throughout the day, our technicians will send you a short video explaining what other work may need to be carried out on your vehicle, the costs, and gain your approval before they start doing the work.
All vehicles that are sold by the Vindis Group are subject to an administrative / preparation fee of £90 inc VAT. For new vehicles this charge covers the cost of mechanically preparing the vehicle for delivery, the administration of new ownership documentation and final preparation for customer handover.
For used vehicles, this charge covers a full history and provenance check prior to being advertised for sale ensuring no financial risk or charge has been levied against the vehicle, that the vehicle has never been written off or stolen and final preparation for customer handover.
