The Kamiq is the most compact of Škoda’s SUVs, which makes it a serious city-driving asset, and yet it offers surprising levels of rear-compartment space and features a remarkably big boot.
This handsome vehicle is fitted with 17-inch alloy wheels and automatic LED headlights as standard. Its five-seat cabin offers more room than is available with several larger SUVS and features numerous useful cubby spaces, including large door bins. Meanwhile, a 400-litre boot (which is bigger than is featured in the Mercedes-Benz A-Class, Mazda3, Volkswagen Golf or Ford Focus) increases to 1,395 litres whenever split-folding rear seats are flipped.
For your listening pleasure, a standard-issue eight-speaker sound system is included, featuring DAB radio, a pair of USB-C inputs, Bluetooth connectivity and an eight-inch touchscreen. Awarded Euro NCAP’s maximum five-star crash-test rating, the Kamiq features plenty of safety tech, such as multiple airbags, ISOFIX child-seat anchorage, Hill-hold Control and rear parking sensors.
