Introducing the all-new Audi A3 Saloon
Having already announced the all-new Audi A3 Sportback, which you can read about here, we can now also give you a first glimpse of the all-new A3 Saloon.
Opening for order on Thursday 22 April, and all being well, the all-new A3 Saloon is expected to arrive at Vindis Audi centres in August.
The new A3 Saloon will launch from Sport trim, and will not have a Technik trim, as per the outgoing A3 Saloon trim line-up. Specification is identical to the new A3 Sportback.
The new model launches in four trims:
The first three engines available are going to be the 35 TFSI 150 PS manual, 35 TFSI 150 PS S tronic and 35 TDI 150 PS S tronic.
There will be a staggered roll out of engines, with more being announced in the coming weeks and months.
The all-new A3 Saloon will come with the expected enhancements in both looks and technology. For example, Sport standard specification is significantly enhanced compared with the outgoing Sport with the following as standard:
As with e-tron, the new A3 will feature Function on Demand (FoD). This service is not currently live but it will become available later in 2020 with Adaptive Cruise Control, High-Beam Assist and Camera-based Traffic Sign Recognition.
