We’re delighted to announce the latest successes within our highly experienced aftersales department at Bentley Cambridge.
As a collective the team have over 67 years’ Bentley aftersales experience, so when Alex Goddard, UK Regional Learning Manager for Bentley Motors, joined us it was a pleasure to present the following awards:
James Mitchell, Service Consultant – Advanced Certification
James Morley, Aftersales Consultant – Advanced Certification
Jason Dickinson, Technician – Qualified Diagnostic Technician
To top it off, Alex was also thrilled to share the news that Bentley Cambridge are the only retailer worldwide to have all Service Consultants qualified to advanced level.
This is true testament to the hard work that the service team at Bentley Cambridge has put in over the years, and the training and development they continue to build on. Head of Business, Ian Smith and Aftersales Manager, Jonathan Becker are extremely impressed by the efforts and commitment that everyone has shown in order to achieve these qualifications, and look forward to seeing what they can accomplish next.
All vehicles that are sold by the Vindis Group are subject to an administrative / preparation fee of £90 inc VAT. For new vehicles this charge covers the cost of mechanically preparing the vehicle for delivery, the administration of new ownership documentation and final preparation for customer handover.
For used vehicles, this charge covers a full history and provenance check prior to being advertised for sale ensuring no financial risk or charge has been levied against the vehicle, that the vehicle has never been written off or stolen and final preparation for customer handover.
