Vindis Group would like to update our customers about the changes we will be making during the Government announced period of lockdown starting as of Thursday 5th November.
For all aftersales customers, our service departments will remain open during this period. All bookings will be completed, and we can accept new bookings during this time. Our advertised opening hours for service at each business will remain unchanged.

Our sales departments will be closed to visitors, so we cannot offer test drives or in person visits.
However, we will be available between 08:30 – 18:00 Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 - 16:00 on Sunday to handle digital sales enquiries via the telephone, email, live chat or using our fantastic new Online Purchase Express Store which allows you to buy your next car from the comfort of your own home.
We will additionally be offering COVID-secure contact-free Click-and-Collect services for customers that wish to take delivery of their new vehicle over the period of lockdown. Your dedicated collection time will be agreed between yourself and a member of our physical sales team.

All vehicles that are sold by the Vindis Group are subject to an administrative / preparation fee of £90 inc VAT. For new vehicles this charge covers the cost of mechanically preparing the vehicle for delivery, the administration of new ownership documentation and final preparation for customer handover.
For used vehicles, this charge covers a full history and provenance check prior to being advertised for sale ensuring no financial risk or charge has been levied against the vehicle, that the vehicle has never been written off or stolen and final preparation for customer handover.
