The new SKODA KAROQ has been announced and we’re excited to welcome it to the lineup in 2022.
The new KAROQ is full of the latest technology, increasing driving comfort, safety and styling. It features an expressive new front design, alongside a muscular stance and dynamic proportions. The KAROQ stands out in any situation and is a perfectly versatile SUV for the daily commute, family life and those extra special adventures.
The crystalline elements within its design have been inspired by Bohemian glassmaking, a feature which can be seen clearly in the full LED Matrix headlights which perfectly illuminate the road ahead.
Inside there’s plenty of space for family friends, alongside their luggage, and as to be expected from the brand, the new KAROQ comes with a 5 star EURO NCAP safety rating for complete peace of mind. Up to 9 airbags offer protection should the worst happen, alongside Isofix and Top Tether systems for the protection of your smallest passengers.
The latest technology is included in the new KAROQ, and there’s the option of a Virtual Cockpit with five display layouts for full personalization. DCC Adaptive Chassis and Driving Mode Select allow you to choose your driving characteristics, and there’s further help in place thanks to Front Assist with Predictive Pedestrian Protection which can alert you or stop the vehicle if a collision is imminent. State-of-the-art connectivity makes the KAROQ a great place to be, with wireless charging from the Phone Box, two USB-C connectors and a SmartLink for easy infotainment control. You can even download the myŠKODA app to keep track of servicing or to remotely control your heating.
When choosing your new KAROQ you can pick from a 1.0, 1.4, 1.5 and 2.0 TSI petrol engine, or a 2.0 TDI diesel engine. There’s also a range of 6 speed manuals and 6 or 7 speed DSG automatics.
Finally, as to be expected from SKODA there’s some final clever details included, from a rear armrest with two cupholders, wireless charging from the Phone Box and an under-seat umbrella for surprise showers.
