The coveted Fleet News Awards are a big deal in the world of fleet cars, and they have been honouring the very best the sector has to offer for the past 29 years. The 2017 Award winners were recently announced and we’re pleased to hear that ŠKODA, Audi and SEAT have all scooped some of the latest awards.
Firstly, the ŠKODA Superb has added the Best Upper Medium Car award to its collection, thanks to its competitive pricing, great style and comfort. Boasting class leading P11D and BiK rates, the Superb is a fantastic choice for any business. It’s a firm favourite here at Vindis, and the team at carbuyer.co.uk agree that “the Superb is the Czech brand’s largest and most luxurious car. The latest model takes it to a new level, offering the space and refinement of much more expensive saloon cars for a lot less money.”
The SEAT Ateca took home the award for Best Mid-size SUV, again thanks its strikingly modern design, comfortable cabin and high residual values. The Ateca is one of our most recent additions to our SUV offerings and has been a popular choice for both business and private customers and a fantastic everyday vehicle with great connectivity.
Over at Audi, the A3 and A4 took Best Compact Premium Car and Best Premium Car respectively. Speaking of the A3, Fleet News wrote, “It does everything well so it’s no surprise that it enjoys such a high level of loyalty among company car drivers.” The A4’s win comes thanks to competitive running costs, build quality and interior quality.
On the night, Audi UK took home a further award in the form of the coveted Fleet Manufacturer of the Year making it a hugely successful night for the brand.
