Vindis Group Covid-19 Lockdown Customer Update
With changes announced by the Government on the most recent lockdown restrictions we wanted to update you on the statuses of all Vindis Group businesses.
All of our businesses for sales have reverted to the Click and Collect only sales structure that was in place during the November national lockdown, while service remains open:

Opening hours for these businesses remain unaffected from those advertised on our website, which you can find on our Locations pages.
You can still purchase a vehicle and contact all of our sales departments via our remote teams; contactable via telephone, email, live chat and appointments can be made with a Sales Executive. Also, please remember that you can look at our stock, offers, pricing and full digital sales platform on our website, called the Express Store where our team are on hand to support you at every step. For all MOT, service and maintenance bookings you can also contact our dealerships or make an Online Service Booking request.
All vehicles that are sold by the Vindis Group are subject to an administrative / preparation fee of £90 inc VAT. For new vehicles this charge covers the cost of mechanically preparing the vehicle for delivery, the administration of new ownership documentation and final preparation for customer handover.
For used vehicles, this charge covers a full history and provenance check prior to being advertised for sale ensuring no financial risk or charge has been levied against the vehicle, that the vehicle has never been written off or stolen and final preparation for customer handover.
