Although keeping pretty secretive about the upcoming Volkswagen Arteon, the brand has premiered the new model to the world at the Geneva International Motor Show, as a new fastback model coming in above the Passat range.
We can expect to see a highly modern design, from a striking radiator grille that extends to the LED headlights, frameless windows to express the grand tourer image, and an easily-accessible spacious boot adding high practicality to the expressive design.
Volkswagen describe the inspiration behind the name; “’Art’ describes the saloon’s harmonious lines and emotionality. The ending ‘eon’ identifies it, in the same way as Volkswagen’s top model for the Chinese market, the Phideon, as a premium model.”
We can look forward to the Arteon launching this summer, and we will keep you updated on any new information as soon as we can. If you wish to register your interest in this new model, please contact your local Vindis Volkswagen retailer who will be happy to keep you updated.
