Volkswagen have announced the newest addition to it all-electric ID range, the ID.4 1ST Edition, opened for order on Thursday 28 January.
The ID.4 follows the ID.3 and is the second model to be built based on the modular electric drive matrix (MEB). It’s Volkswagen’s first ever fully electric SUV, and like its smaller sibling is also built and delivered in a net-carbon-neutral process.
The ID.4 1ST Edition starts from £38,800 after the OZEV grant (£40,800 before grant), and arrives with a 77kWh battery and a WLTP-tested range of 310 miles. It’s perfect for both short and long journeys and is packed with equipment and unique launch edition styling.
The ID.4 features a clear-cut, flowing design, delivering a traditional SUV silhouette, while maximising aerodynamics and providing real presence on the road. It combines all the benefits our customers love about SUVs.
